Contract Staffing

With 14 years of experience successfully providing contract interim staff, Green Careers Center (GCC) can provide you with quick access to trained professionals ready to meet your needs. Interim staffing is no longer just an alternative to regular staffing-it's a strategy for growth. To meet the interim staffing needs of our clients, we place qualified professionals in mid to senior-level positions.

Contract Staffing is an effective way to engage, retain and manage the talent you need while you still retain control over costs. We handle recruitment, and screening, along with payroll, payroll taxes, and benefits. All you do is provide the work to be done.

The fees for Contract Staffing are based on the employee’s compensation.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Outsourcing your Recruiting Process makes sense if you don’t have an experienced recruiter on staff. It allows you and your hiring manager to focus on your core business with the additional benefit of reducing recruitment costs. We have the procedures, technology, time and resources to attract and prescreen candidates for you. The RPO business plan is also ideal for a fast-growing company that has aggressive hiring plans, someone who needs more than one candidate or needs to hire within an aggressive time frame.

The RPO includes all job advertising on your behalf, a thorough search of our extensive resume database, screening of incoming resumes with qualifying questionnaires and a ranking system of all the applicants. Our staff will evaluate, phone interview, and rank each applicant. We send you only the top ranked candidates.

The fee for the RPO will be an agreed fixed amount and will be invoiced at the beginning of your venture with GCC.

Contingency Search

Our Contingency Search is typically the best option for client's filling mid-level management, sales and technical positions.

A Contingency Search begins with us serving our clients by assisting in defining positions, understanding and analyzing marketplace information, and identifying, recruiting, and recommending the most highly qualified panel of candidates.

Our team will find both active and passive candidates that are currently successful in their field. We will use our extensive database and network connections to specifically promote your company and hand pick the most qualified, stable candidate. We will participate fully in the hiring process as you wish by interviewing, providing feedback, negotiating and finalizing the candidate.

The fee for the Contingency Search is based on a percent of remuneration and earned only if an applicant is hired.

Retained Executive Search

We recommend this option when seeking to fill your most crucial executive and management positions as well as hard to fill or Mission Critical positions.

The fee for our Retained Executive Search is based on remuneration and payment structure begins with our engagement.
